Oommen Chandy responsible for Pattor land deal, says Bharat Bhushan

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Oommen Chandy is fully responsible for the deal of the Pattoor land, said E K Bharat Bhushan, who retired as chief secretary on Saturday.
