Another ship firing incident reported off Kollam coast

Wednesday, March 07, 2012: In a shocking incident here, another case of vessel firing was reported off Kollam coast on Wednesday evening.
According to reliable sources a group of fishermen, who had gone for fishing from Jonakapuram, have reported that the crew of an unidentified vessel had opened fire on them.
Following the incident, the fishermen have lodged a complaint with the Neendakara local police station. The coast guard officials have begun investigation into the incident.
