Dry weather to continue in Kerala: Met office
Sunday, March 25, 2012: Dry weather has been prevailing over Kerala and Lakshadweep during the past few days, according to the bulletin issued by the Meteorological office.
Maximum temperature rose appreciably in Thrissur district, was above normal in Kozhikode district and changed little in the remaining districts. Minimum temperature fell & was appreciably below normal in Kollam district and it changed little in the remaining districts. Punalur & Vellanikkara recorded the highest maximum temperature of 38 degree Celsius & Punalur recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 20 degree Celsius.
Mainly dry weather will prevail over Kerala and Lakshadweep. Partly cloudy sky. No significant change is expected in maximum and minimum temperatures which will be around 35 degree Celsius & 24 degree Celsius respectively.
