Govt submits status report in SC against KG Balakrishnan

Monday, March 12, 2012: Central Government has submitted status report in Supreme Court on Income Tax inquiry into corruption charges against kith and kin of former CJI K G Balakrishnan.
AG has granted three weeks time to inform what steps govt is likely to take in the case.
