Kannur speciality hospital nurses go on strike

Sunday, Marcch 4, 2012: The nurses belonging to the Kannur speciality hospital have launched a strike demanding better wages on Sunday morning.
A rise in the minimum wage, removal of bonded labour and introduction of working in shifts, reappointment of two dismissed nurses are some of the demands raised by the striking nurses.
