NSS to support UDF in Piravom

THODUPUZHA: The NSS will support the UDF government in the Piravom bypolls, said NSS general secretary G Sukumaran Nair. But the political stand to be taken in the Neyyatinkara bypolls will be decided later. We don’t have any special enmity with the CPM, he said.


Nair said many social organisations have supported our stand taken in Piravom. We’ve got social justice from the nine-month- old government and hope to get it again. So, we’ve decided not to take a stand against the government.
 The NSS always stood for social justice, he said.
