Police oust protest camp in Thalassery
Tuesday, March 20, 2012: Police cleared a makeshift camp at Punnol Pettipalam in Thalassery where the local residents were on protest path demanding a halt in dumping of waste in the region
Police arrested 50 strikers
Protesting against police action, the New Mahe panchayat striking workers have called for a hartal in Thalassery on Tuesday.
