KANNUR: A case should be registered against Excise Minister K Babu based on the statement of bar owner Biju Ramesh, said CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan.
Charge sheet against Finance Minister K M Mani involved in the bar case should be filed soon and in the wake of serious allegations against them, the two should resign, he said.
