THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: CPM candidate will contest in the Aruvikkara by-election and the decision was taken by the Left Front meeting held today.
The leaders also decided to intensify the strike against tainted Finance Minister K M Mani. As part of this, blockade will be organised in front of the Secretariat on May 7. The LDF has also decided to seek the participation of Kerala Congress (B) chairman R Balakrishna Pillai in the strike.
