NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court postponed to July considering opposition leader V S Achuthanandan’s plea demanding CBI investigation in the ice-cream parlour case. A three-member division bench led by Justice Anil R Dave said the case will be considered after summer vacation.
The apex court had earlier sent a notice to the CBI.
