THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Businessman and the accused in Chandrabose murder case Nisham Muhammed has been included in the goonda list. The Home Ministry has taken this action on the recommendations of Kerala Anti-Social Activities Prevention Act (KAAPA) advisory committee.
The order stating the inclusion of Nisham in goonda list has been sent to Kannur jail where he is housed. Nisham could now be kept in preventive detention for six months as he is included in the goonda list. Police had much earlier submitted a charge sheet against Nisham.
