Marks obtained won’t come down, says Chandy

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: There are no serious problems in the results of SSLC exams announced two days back, said Chief Minister Oommen Chandy. The marks obtained by a student will not come down, the chief minister said while briefing reporters after the cabinet meet.

The SSLC results was not found to be a set of errors. The results were announced on the scheduled day. Some technical problems broke as usual. There is no need for concern and the problems will be solved soon. Some changes will be seen in the results. However, the marks obtained by a student will not come down. He asked the media not to scare the students on the issue. Complaints on the grace marks not included have been levelled. Directions have been given to solve it as soon as possible.

When brought to notice Education Minister P K Abdu Rabb’s statement that some external forces intervened in the results, the chief minister refused to reply and asked them to ask the concerned minister itself. The chief minister ended the press meet soon without responding on more questions.
