THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala government has taken former PRD director and ADB loan scam accused Firoz back in service. He has not been given any post, yet. The government’s decision follows the instructions of a committee chaired by the chief secretary.
Firoz was arrested for allegedly offering ADB loan to flat builders and taking back money from them in quid pro quo . Solar scam accused Saritha S Nair and Biju Radhakrishnan are the other accused in the case.
Feriz was suspended after he was made an accused in the loan scam case on June 19, 2013.
Meanwhile, Chief Secretary Jiji Thomson has said the re-examination committee had considered cancelling Feroz’ suspension on the basis of court orders.
