KOTTAYAM: Johnny Nelloor has resigned his chairman post of Kerala Congress (Jacob) Group. He resigned following his displeasure on UDF’s allocation of seats for the polls.
The party was not able to get the three seats from the UDF which the party deserves. The party just got one seat which Minister Anoop Jacob will be contesting.
Though the party demanded the Angamaly seat contested by Nelloor in the last polls, the UDF refused to budge. Roji John is the congress candidate in Angamaly. There is no place for sincerity and honesty in politics, he said.
Minister Anoop Jacob is not efficient to hatch a conspiracy against me. The congress has cheated me, he said.
