KOCHI: Saritha S Nair, accused in the solar case, has levelled sexual harassment allegations against Chief Minister Oommen Chandy. The letter claimed to have written by Saritha when she was jailed at the Perumbavoor police station in the solar case, was exposed by a private channel. Meantime, she has admitted to have written the letter and said the contents are true but refused to discuss about it.

The sensational letter of 25 pages was written by Saritha on March 19 in 2013. The letter mentioned that she was sexually abused by the chief minister at the Cliff House. The letter also stated that she was harassed by a former union minister at the residence of a state minister. The letter said the personal assistant of Ramesh Chennithala tried to produce her before many union ministers.

The letter was written to produce it at the additional chief judicial magistrate court. I did not produce the letter before the solar commission due to fear of shame.

Saritha has mentioned in many parts of the letter that she expected the chief minister to save her. After he failed to do so, she revealed that she was sexually and financially exploited by many including the chief minister. She had a close relationship with the office of the chief minister and his family. He misused that relationship at the Cliff House, the letter said.
