Monday, November 28, 2011: MPs from Kerala are observing a fast in front of the Parliament demanding an immediate intervention of the centre for the construction of a new dam in Mullaperiyar.Left MPs of the state led by CPM deputy leader of the Lok Sabha P Karunakaran, Congress MP P T Thomas and Jose K Mani MP of Kerala Congress (M) are staging different satyagrahas on the same issue.
