Wednesday, November 23, 2011: The Government today informed the Kerala High Court that the probe in the Kozhikode ice cream parlour case will be completed by December 22.Advocate General K Dandapani, who appeared for the government told the court that investigation in the case is progressing and so far 22 persons have been questioned.
The government said the probe will be completed by Dec 22 while considering the plea of opposition leader VS Achuthanandan seeking the progress of investigation in the case.
A division bench headed by Acting Chief Justice Manjula Chellur observed that the demand of VS seeking to examine the progress in the case is immature.
