Court orders to register case against Thachankary
KOTTAYAM: The Kottayam First Class Magistrate Court ordered to register case against IG Tomin Thachankary.
The order has been issued following a private litigation filed by Samuel, native of Moonnilavu, for disrupting the supply of drinking water after usurping the land of scheduled castes in Kottayam.
The allegation against Thachankary is that he threatened to withdraw the complaint against the takeover of the land.
