Two killed in accident
KANNUR: Two including a woman were killed after the Maruti Alto car in which they were travelling collided with an Innova. The incident happened Monday morning on the Kannur-Thaliparambu national highway near the Keecheri Kunnu bus stop.
The dead have been identified as Litty (27), a nurse and wife of Ditto of Kasargod and Jose alias Varkey (54). Other passengers of the car who sustained injuries have been admitted at the Koyili Hospital.
The incident happened when Litty was proceeding to the airport to fly to Saudi Arabia after her delivery.
