Kerala exclusive news PK Kunhali kutty Ice cream caseThe Special Investigation Team has today interrogated Justice Thankappan in connection with the ice cream parlour case at his residence in Chottanikkara.
Thankappan had been directed to present before the investigation team for quizzing but he officially conveyed his inconvenience to appear in person before probe team.
Justice Thankappan and Justice Narayana Kurup, former judges of the High Court were accused of accepting bribe for issuing a judgment in favour of IUML leader PK Kunhalikutty in connection with the ice-cream parlour case.
As per the direction of ADGP Vincent M Paul, the investigation officer send notices on April 24 to the judges K Narayana Kurup and K Thankappan asking them to present on April 26 at Aluva.
