The Venjaramoodu police arrested the accused in
connection with the murder of a tenth class student identified as Arya.
The girl, daughter of Vijayakumaran Nair and Jayakumari and a student of Kanyakulanaga Girls HSS, was found strangulated to death in her house last Tuesday. The death occurred while she was preparing for the tenth class exams.
