Gold heist in Thrissur: Two more held

 Saturday, March 3, 2012: The shadow police led by CI Santhosh have arrested two more persons in connection with the midnight robbery happened in Thrissur. The arrested have been identified as Ramesh (28) and Bineesh.
80 grams of gold have been seized from Bineesh. Kaja Hussain, one of the main accused in the case is yet to be arrested.
A gang decamped with 3.8 kilos of gold at Fathima Nagar in Thrissur on February 15. The gold was being taken to be distributed to various jewellery shops in South Kerala. The masked robbers beat the driver and those present in the car after breaking the window panes and then decamped with the gold.
