Power consumption reaches all-time high in Kerala
Wednesday, March 07, 2012: Electricity consumption in Kerala reached all-time high on Wednesday, upsetting the calculations of the Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB).
According to KSEB officials, the power consumption on Tuesday reached a staggering 60.05 million units.
Now, the KSEB is worried whether it would be able to fulfill the demand efficiently till the monsoon arrives if the consumption were to remain at the level reached on Wednesday.
