Talks between Govt, Medical management fail

Friday, March 23, 2012: The talks held between Government and Medical managements association under the Inter church council for resolving the issues in the self-financing professional education sector in the State failed.
Issues regarding distribution of seats, fee structure etc were discussed in the meeting.
The medical management associations have agreed to give away 50 percent seats to the government,but they stuck in their demand of a uniform fee structure of 3.75 lakhs .
