Varkala: Man found dead under mysterious circumstances

Sunday, March 04, 2012: A 40-year-old man was found dead under mysterious circumstances at his residence near Varkala here on Sunday morning. The deceased has been identified as Raju, hailing from Kallara, police told.
According to the local residents Raju was working as a rubber tapping employee for the past few years. Varkala police, who reached the spot, informed that a bottle of liquor was recovered near the dead body.
The corpse has been shifted to the Medical college hospital for autopsy.
