Attack on Ambulance driver: Accused arrested

KOVALAM: Police have arrested the accused in a case in which an ambulance driver of Government Thycaud hospital was waylaid and beaten up.

Ajith (27), a native of Pappanamkode was arrested by Thiruvallam police on Monday. The ambulance driver Sudhakaran was attacked at Thiruvallam bypass. He was riding his bike when his vehicle was intercepted and attacked.
