THRISSUR: District Public prosecutor K B Ranendranath has said that he is in possession of sufficient evidence to implicate business man Nisham in the murder case in which he allegedly rammed security officer Chandrabose with his high-end car, leading to his eventual death. Thus it could be considered as one of the rarest of rare cases, inviting even capital punishment for the culprit.
He said that the prosecution will be submitting before the court a loophole-free report which includes all evidence against him such as witness accounts and CCTV footages. .
