The injured told police that almost ten persons entered the office and hurled the bombs. A ten-member team led by RSS activist Sooraj is suspected to be behind the attack. The window of the village office adjacent to the office has been damaged.

A team led by Chakkarakkal sub inspector examined the office which came under attack. The TV, furniture, glass panes have all been destroyed in the blast. The miscreants set fire to the furniture also.
