KOCHI: Chief Minister Oommen Chandy said that he will not surrender to black mailing in the solar case. He said this while responding to the audio records exposed indicating that he had tried to release Manilal, technical advisor of team solar and also an accused in the case, lodged in jail.
Chandy said Manilal is still in jail as I did not help him. The phone dialogues were recorded to blackmail me. Rijesh contacted me as a Youth Congress leader.
