Order suspending action against CM, Aryadan extended

KOCHI: Kerala high court has extended to two more months its order suspending the Thrissur Vigilance court order, asking the Vigilance to file a case against Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and Minister Aryadan, based on the statement given by Solar scam accused Saritha S Nair to the Solar Commission.

The interim order issued by Justice P D Rajan came in response to the revision petition filed by both ministers against the Vigilance court order.

Earlier, when the petition was considered, the Single bench suspended the Vigilance court order for two months. The extension was granted, considering the expiry of the term of the previous order.
