THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: DGP T P Senkumar Friday issued a new circular on how to behave with the public at the time of vehicle checking and other times. The circular has asked to address the public respectfully. If the public has done any help to the police then should express gratitude.
If the police has committed any wrong, then they should have the courtesy to say sorry. Abusive and double meaning words should not be used. The police should behave with dignity at the time of vehicle checking. The circular also says vehicles should not be made to wait for a long time.
