KOCHI: The Kerala High Court Monday made it clear that they will not monitor the bar scam case. Justice Alexander Thomas resolved the plea of the All Kerala Anti-Corruption & Human Rights Protection Council, an organization having base in Palakkad, voicing this demand. Thomas said the vigilance who probed the case had submitted the final report in the special court and intervening in the case in this situation would disrupt administration of justice.
The vigilance court has to take further steps after examining the report. The court can go forward with the steps. The plea filed alleged that the present probe in the case is not effective and investigation by the state vigilance in the case involving a cabinet minister is impartial.
