Friday, March 23, 2012: The CBI court on Friday observed that as there are no evidences against the so-called ‘VIP’ in the charge sheet filed in the Kaviyoor sex scandal case.The charge sheet had never mentioned about the involvement of any VIP and there are no witness statements too.Also there is no scientific evidence to prove Anakha was sexually harassed by her father Narayanan Namboodiri.
‘The local police had destroyed evidences including Anakha’s dress. So it can’t be scientifically proved if she was molested or not. CBI had not investigated about manipulation of evidences’, court said.
