CK Chandrappan shifted to ICU

Thursday, March 22, 2012: CPI state secretary, undergoing treatment at a private hospital here due to health related ailments, was shifted to the intensive care unit on Wednesday night.
Chandrappan, who was admitted to the hospital on March 19, was shifted to ICU after his condition deteriorated, sources said. Chandrappan had developed uneasiness during the campaigning for the by-election to the Piravom Assembly constituency.
