Mohanlal will play a panchayat secretary in Jibu Jacob’s new film. In Jibu’s earlier film Vellimoonga, Biju Menon portrayed a political leader.
The film is based on a short story from V J Thomas' titled Pranayopanishad.The script is by Sindhuraj who penned for Elsamma Enna Aankutty.
The film moves round a village office and the people there. Other casts have not been decided. The shooting is likely to start in January. Sophia Paul who produced Bangalore Days produces this film.
After completing M Padmakumar’s Kanal, Mohanlal will start shooting for Jibu’s film.
