THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A policeman of the SAP Camp was found dead under mysterious circumstances. He has been identified as M Rasheed (53) of Mannanthala. He was a driver of the camp.
The body of Rasheed, who was on night duty at the central police workshop, was found Monday morning at 9.30 am. He sustained head injuries. Police suspect that he may have accidently slipped and fell down. However, only after getting the post mortem the real cause of death will be known. The Peroorkada police examined the body and has sent the body for post mortem.
He leaves behind his wife Firoza and children Shijin Rasheed and Sherin Rasheed.
