Believer community distanced from party; criticism for CPI (M) Kerala sector

NEW DELHI: CPI (M)’s polit bureau criticized its Kerala sector for the failure to realize the leak in votes in the Lok Sabha election. As a reply to this, Kerala sector explained that the believer community distanced from the party.

The sector further assumed that in addition to the believers, minorities also detached from the party, thereby increasing the magnitude of the debacle. The Kerala sector also elucidated that this is temporary and the party will overcome these adversities.

CPI (M) won just one seat out of 20. The CPI (M) stand in the Sabarimala issue faced the biggest criticism.
