KOCHI: The Kerala High Court has come forward harshly criticising the office of the advocate general. The government is not interested in conducting the case, criticized Justice Alexander Thomas. He directed the chief secretary to submit a report after examining the mismanagement of the office of the AG in four cases. The report should be prepared within two weeks and submitted before the registrar.
Criminal mismanagement is usually seen in the conduct of the case. The office of the AG failed to submit it even after asked many times. In some cases, the office has special interest and in some government advocates give wrong details, blamed the justice.
While considering pleas in connection with Operation Kubera, Justice Thomas had criticised the office of the AG last week
