THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The government will take all steps to make better the basic facilities of the colonies of scheduled castes in the state, informed Minister A K Balan.
Ambedkar village scheme would be executed in colonies selected from the colonies where scheduled castes of forty or more reside. An outline is being prepared for it, the minister informed M Swaraj.
