THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Muslim League leader and former Industries minister P K Kunhalikutty has said E P Jayrajan’s resignation was a setback for the LDF. “I also welcome the Vigilance’ decision to probe appointments during the tenure of the previous government. Jayarajan resigned as he had no other go,” he said.
In the wake of appointments of Jayarajan’s relatives to top posts becoming controversial, the Vigilance has also decided to probe appointments done during the tenure of the previous government.
There were alleged irregularity in 16 appointments done during the period of the previous government.
