ARANMULA: Aranmula International Airport project consultant Kitco in its report to Devaswom Ombudsman, has said that KGS group, the promoters of Aranmula airport, has tampered with the feasibility report of the airport.
“In the study report, there was nothing to support the fact that the proposed airport will affect the temple. The report of the private agency was attached to the KGS group’s report,” alleged Kitco in its report to Devaswom Joint Director.
Earlier, K G S group had submitted in the Kerala High Court that the construction of the airport would in no way affect the dome of the temple and the flag mast. “Ombusdaman’s report suspecting the safety of the temple is due to some misunderstanding,” the group had contended.
