THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A 17-year-old girl, who is a rape victim, gave birth to a baby in a private hospital in the City on Monday. The girl from Thrissur had reportedly gone to her cousin’s house in Jagathy to celebrate Christmas. There she complained of stomach pain and got admitted to the hospital.
In her statement to the police, the girl said she was gang-raped by three anonymous persons when she was a student. However, the Poojappura police have registered a case and started an investigation.
