Thiruvanchoor’s son has no share in my company: Abhilash

THIRUVANATHAPURAM: Industrialist Abhilash Muraleedharan has said that Home Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan’s son Arjun Radhakrishnan is not a share holder in his company. “I have known Arjun even before his father became a minister and his recruitment as director is purely based on the merits,” Abhilash said in a statement.

Abhilash denied reports that he went to Thiruvananthapuram. All in the delegates’ team were his friends, who had visited his house in Karunagapalli. “My friends had expressed their wish to visit Santhigiri ashram. It was then that I went to Mascot hotel to take them to the ashram. There I met Thiruvanchoor by coincidence. He was having soup with the team,” said the businessman.

Abhilash also took strong exception to Government Chief Whip P C Georg’s allegations against him. He said he would file a defamation case against George for his derogatory comments and a legal notice in this regard had already been sent.
