'Gita advice' will be delayed

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Gita Gopinath, the head of economics department in the Harvard University who has been appointed as the chief minister’s financial advisor, has said she will take a decision later on giving financial advice to the chief minister.

“First I shall hold a meeting with the chief minister and later I’ll decide on the kind of advice to be given to the chief minister,” she told media persons today.

Gita said her job will to work according to the requirements of the government. It was her first visit to Kerala since she was appointed as the financial advisor to Kerala chief minister.
