THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The government has cancelled the appointment of former minister P K Sreemathy’s son P K Sudheer as the Managing Director of public sector unit Kerala State Industrial Enterprise. The office Industries Minister informed that M Beena has appointed as the new MD.
The decision came soon after the appointment of Sudheer, who is Minister E P Jayarajan’s wife’s sister’s son, snowballed into a controversy. The chief minister had also expressed his dissatisfaction over his appointment.
Subhani, who was arrested recently for his suspected ISIS link, is being brought to NIA court in Kochi.
