THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Censor Board has issued a statement that biker-riders on screen need not wear helmet. The board on Tuesday rejected Transport Commissioner Rishiraj Singh’s order that actors riding bike in cinema/serials should wear helmet.
In a communiqué sent to the Censor board and film organisations, the commissioner had asked them to direct film makers to make usage of helmet in bike-riding scenes compulsory.
