KOCHI: A division bench of the Kerala High Court withdrew from considering the victim’s plea against P J Kurien, Rajya Sabha deputy chairman, in the Suryanelli case.
The bench which withdrew considers sexual harassment cases. The single bench referred the case to the division bench only a few days back. The victim wants the court to cancel the verdict acquitting Kurien in the case. He was acquitted without hearing my version, the victim said.
