T P case: Argument concludes

KOZHIKODE: A trial court on Tuesday concluded the final argument in the T P Chandrasekharan murder case.

Since the trial part is over, the next step will be the pronouncement of the order. However, it may take more time for that and a petition may be filed in the high court in this respect.

Earlier the high court had assigned November 30 for the pronouncement of the order. But the delay happened since the defence counsel had to examine some more witnesses and certain accused had got stay from the high court. Now the possibility is that order could be pronounced within January 15.
