THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A petition was filed on Tuesday in First Class Magistrate court seeking filing of a case against Sandhya, a housewife who had shouted at the Left leaders attending the Cliff house siege.
In his petition, CPM activist Tomy Sebastin has also sought registration of criminal case against Kochouseph Chittilappilly, who gifted Sandhya Rs 5 lakh as reward.
The petition further said case should be taken against Sandhya as she had come to the spot in a two-wheeler without wearing a helmet and she used abusive language against the protesters. Sandhya had come with some locals and created a scene on incitement by Chittilappilly.
