Question paper of first semester B.Tech exam leaked

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: There is a suspicion that question paper of the first semester of B.Tech exam to be held on Monday has been leaked. The question papers leaked are for the exams to be conducted by the Technical University taken over for the first time soon after its formation.

The question papers printed by the KBPS and covered in transparent plastic covers were safely brought to exam centres in card board boxes. When the papers reached the exam centres the questions of the first and the last page could be seen as it was covered in plastic covers. Usually the papers are brought to the centres in carbon paper covers. Meantime, the authorities have taken steps to replace the question papers for the exams to be conducted on Monday.
